SPARTA, Mich.- The Hawks boys tennis team was back in action on Aug. 17th at the Spartan Invitational at Sparta High School. Forest Hills Eastern would defeat Wayland, Sparta, and Grand Rapids NorthPointe Christian to win the tournament title. The Hawks came away with flight championships at 1S Buck, 2S Konwinski, 3S Mulari, 4D Cavanaugh, 2D Smith/Kozal. The 5D and 6D flights for the Hawks also came away with gold! Eastern will play Vicksburg and Haslett on Wednesday at Schoolcraft High School
