FHE 23 GRCC 7 Forest Hills Eastern earned a convincing conference victory over Grand Rapids Catholic Central, winning the match, 23–7. The Hawks set the tone early in the regular games, posting strong individual performances across both games. In Game 1, Forest Hills Eastern totaled 632, led by solid efforts throughout the lineup, while Catholic Central finished with 481. Eastern followed that up with an even stronger game 2 performance, rolling 747 compared to Catholic Central’s 547, giving the Hawks the edge in total pinfall, 1,379-1,028. Forest Hills Eastern carried the momentum into the baker games. The Hawks rolled scores of 101 and 96 for a combined 197, earning 6-points. GRCC totaled 162 in Baker play, picking up 4 points.
